1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the platforms, products, services, and websites operated by Adaala Technology Ltd. (“Adaala”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”).

Adaala Technology Ltd. is a KnowledgeTech company specialized in designing and building AI-powered knowledge-based platforms. The Company integrates Knowledge Management methodologies with modern Artificial Intelligence technologies to transform documented human knowledge into structured, governed, and actionable digital systems designed for real-world use.
Adaala Technology Ltd. develops and owns multiple platforms, including but not limited to: written communication platforms; knowledge-based decision-support platforms; academic, legal, regulatory, and professional KnowledgeTech systems.
3. Scope of Services
Adaala Technology Ltd. provides technology platforms and digital tools that assist users in: improving and refining user-written content; enhancing clarity, structure, tone, and understanding; organizing and transforming documented knowledge into usable outputs; supporting multilingual written communication; facilitating knowledge reuse within governed digital systems. All services are provided strictly based on user-initiated input. The Company does not act independently, autonomously, or without user interaction.
4. User-Controlled Interaction
All services operate under the following principles: users initiate all actions; users provide all content inputs; users review all outputs; users decide whether and how to use generated content. Adaala Technology Ltd. does not send messages, publish content, or perform actions on behalf of users.
5. No Automated Messaging or Account Management
Adaala Technology Ltd. explicitly confirms that it does not automatically send messages; does not publish content on user accounts; does not manage WhatsApp, email, or social media accounts; does not access private conversations without explicit user action. All messaging, publishing, or sharing actions are performed exclusively by the user.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to use Adaala Technology platforms for: illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities; spam, mass messaging, or unsolicited communications; harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior; impersonation or misrepresentation; activities violating applicable laws or third-party platform policies (including Meta and WhatsApp). Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. No Professional Advice Disclaimer
Adaala Technology Ltd. does not provide legal, medical, financial, or binding professional or regulatory advice. All outputs are informational and supportive only. Users remain responsible for verifying accuracy and consulting licensed professionals when required.
8. Data Processing & Privacy
Adaala Technology Ltd. processes only user-submitted content for the purpose of delivering requested services. No background data collection; no automated scanning of personal messages; no resale of user data. All data handling is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Platforms & Integrations
Some services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp Business Platform, messaging platforms, AI infrastructure providers). Users acknowledge that third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies, that Adaala Technology Ltd. complies with applicable platform requirements, and that platform policy changes may affect service availability.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All platforms, system logic, methodologies, workflows, operational models, interfaces, and proprietary frameworks are the exclusive property of Adaala Technology Ltd. No content, system, or methodology may be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, or reused without prior written permission.
11. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments (If Applicable)
Some services may require paid subscriptions. Pricing is clearly disclosed at the point of purchase; users may manage, modify, or cancel subscriptions according to stated terms. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
12. Service Availability & Limitations
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Adaala Technology Ltd. does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, or suitability for all use cases. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service quality and reliability.
13. Suspension & Termination
Adaala Technology Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, platform misuse is detected, compliance requirements are breached, or as required by law or third-party platforms.
14. Updates to These Terms
The Company may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction in Saudi Arabia where Adaala Technology Ltd. is legally registered.
